How difficult is it to switch from Mac OS to Windows? Many believe such a migration ends up being a painful experience and difficult to do right, however, my own recent experience of this switch turned out to be relatively straightforward. Some of these issues took several weeks for me to resolve. By default, the workspaces tool icon is placed to the right of the main dock. If you decide not to change the shortcut, click “Cancel.”Ĭairo-Dock also includes the Workspaces feature of Ubuntu, making it easily accessible. Click on a shortcut in the list to display the “Press the shortkey” box so you can set up a different shortcut for that action. You can set up shortcuts for different actions on the “Shortkeys” sub-tab. The “Behavior” sub-tab allows you to change settings such as the dock’s position on the screen, the visibility of the main dock and sub-docks and the behavior of the Taskbar.Ĭlick the “Appearance” sub-tab to choose a theme for the icons and the view for the main dock and sub-docks.
